Sales Representative

Compensation: $48k plus commission
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to enhance their experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the full range of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, to effectively educate and assist customers.
- Sales Support: Assist in driving sales through active engagement, upselling, and cross-selling strategies while meeting individual and team sales targets.
- Compliance: Adhere to all OLCC regulations and company policies, ensuring that all sales activities are conducted legally and ethically.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in and promote in-store events, promotions, and educational seminars to drive customer interest and sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a positive and productive work environment, sharing insights and strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in Cannabis Retail, sales, or customer service required.
- Knowledge of Cannabis: Understanding of cannabis products, strains, and their effects is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inform customers effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and inventory management.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
