Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new business through relationship building, local outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives. This is not a behind-the-desk marketing role. The right candidate will be active in the field, building partnerships and creating opportunities that lead to consistent job flow.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and commercial accounts

• Generate new leads through in-person visits, networking, and community engagement

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and call volume

• Manage online presence including Google Business Profile, reviews, and social media

• Track and report marketing performance and lead sources

• Coordinate events, lunches, and drop-ins with referral partners

• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities

• Work closely with ownership to align marketing efforts with company goals



Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a willingness to work in the field daily

• Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at once

• Familiarity with the restoration, construction, or insurance industry is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
