Residential Journeyman Painter

Compensation: $20-$35/hr (DOE)

Who You Are

• You take pride in your craft and care about doing the job right.
   
• You’re punctual, respectful, and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
   
• You have experience with interior and exterior residential or commercial painting.
   
• You work well independently or as part of a team.
   
• You value honesty, reliability, and clear communication with clients and teammates.
   
• You have your own vehicle, basic tools, and are comfortable representing a professional painting company on-site.
• Preferred spray experience, drywall repair and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

• Perform prep work, masking, priming, and painting with attention to detail.
   
• Complete residential and commercial repaints, trim, ceilings, doors, railings, cabinets, and more.
   
• Follow company safety standards and quality control processes.
   
• Communicate clearly with project managers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
   
• Maintain a tidy, professional appearance and workspace.
