Who You Are

- You have experience with interior and exterior residential or commercial painting.
- You work well independently or as part of a team.
- You value honesty, reliability, and clear communication with clients and teammates.
- You have your own vehicle, basic tools, and are comfortable representing a professional painting company on-site.
- Preferred spray experience, drywall repair and leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Perform prep work, masking, priming, and painting with attention to detail.
- Complete residential and commercial repaints, trim, ceilings, doors, railings, cabinets, and more.
- Follow company safety standards and quality control processes.
- Communicate clearly with project managers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy, professional appearance and workspace.
