We are actively hiring a new part-time individual to join our team as a marketer for our local painting company. This is a flexible, fun, and challenging position that offers personal development and commission-based pay.

If you like talking to new people, are highly energetic, and want the opportunity to make a LOT of money in the afternoons and evenings after classes/school or on weekends, then this may be the position for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Calling individuals over the phone to offer free estimates/quotes for painting services
2. Door to door canvassing offering homeowner’s free interior/exterior painting estimates
3. Tracking data of customers called/contacted using Google Form
4. Scheduling appointments for customers in Google Calendar
5. Planning your schedule and tasks for your specific shifts, working independently without supervision
6. Reporting back daily results to management

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Exceptional customer service skills
3. Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus, but not necessary
4. Highly organized and self-motivated
5. Quality conscious and detail-oriented
6. Unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record, and a vehicle
7. A working cell phone
8. Must be willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check
9. Must speak fluent English

Details:

1. Work can be done from home, calling over the phone
2. All data will be tracked online through shared google documents and calendars
3. Shifts and hours will be determined prior to starting to depend on the individual’s availability and the business’ needs
   1. Anywhere from 6-15 hours a week of work, hours can vary between 2pm -7pm with schedules determined prior to starting
4. A personal vehicle is required for door-to-door canvassing
5. Phone plans are not included for calling
6. Hours: ~3:30pm - 7:30pm
7. Compensation: hourly + commission. Top representatives can make $1,000+/week.
